Warranty
All digital locks sold by Locklock carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty covering mechanical and electronic faults under normal residential use.
Covered
- Electronic failure of the keypad, reader or motor
- Mechanical failure of the latch or bolt mechanism
- Premature finish failure under normal conditions
Not covered
- Battery replacement and normal wear
- Damage from incorrect installation or forced entry
- Water ingress on models not rated for external use
- Commercial use beyond the product rating
To make a claim, email sales@locklock.com.au with your order number, a photo of the fault and a short description.
